Anti-Corruption Foundation Finds Rublyovka Estate and Billions in Assets Tied to Sergei Kiriyenko's Family

The estate is located in Zhukovka, an elite village on Rublyovka, the moneyed enclave west of Moscow. The house covers 700 square meters on a plot of more than 7,000 square meters that includes a sports complex. The Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) estimates its total value at about 1 billion rubles.

Kiriyenko's sister's husband, Alexander Tabunshchikov, and his nephew Viktor Aistov are on the list of the 100 richest people in the Novgorod region, according to FBK. The investigators put Tabunshchikov's assets at 4 billion rubles and Aistov's at 5.3 billion.

One of Aistov's companies services Kiriyenko's family, providing personal drivers and staff to maintain the house, FBK writes. Together with Tabunshchikov, he owns electricity grid companies in the Novgorod region.

Tabunshchikov also received part of Kiriyenko's family business. Among the assets are the premium Romanov Cinema in Nizhny Novgorod and the upscale Lobachevsky Plaza shopping center.

After the war in Ukraine began, Tabunshchikov and Aistov took possession of 8% of HeadHunter shares, FBK alleges. The investigators value that stake at 10 billion rubles.

Other family members own real estate as well. Kiriyenko's wife bought a 169-square-meter apartment by the sea in the Kaliningrad region for 69 million rubles. His eldest daughter, who works at the Higher School of Economics, owns an 86-square-meter property on Frunzenskaya Embankment worth 78 million.

His younger daughter owns a 250-square-meter apartment in Khamovniki valued at 250 million rubles. Nearby, in an elite residential complex, three apartments with a combined area of 340 square meters are registered to the official's wife; FBK estimates them at 700 million rubles.

Kiriyenko's son Vladimir has headed VK since December 2021. According to FBK, between the summer of 2024 and the summer of 2025 he earned 543 million rubles at the company, while VK itself received 60 billion rubles from the National Wealth Fund.

Kiriyenko and his relatives regularly use a Bombardier Global 6000 business jet worth 3.5 billion rubles, according to the investigators. The aircraft remained with the official after his work at Rosatom. FBK writes that the family flies on it to China, Dubai, Spain, Thailand, Paris and the Maldives.
