FACTUM is an independent Russian-language news publication. The editorial team is responsible for FACTUM's editorial policy and for the materials published under its name.

Founder and editor-in-chief

Andrei Baklanov

Andrei Baklanov, journalist and Russian-trained lawyer. At FACTUM.PRESS he is responsible for editorial policy, the selection of sources for monitoring and the methodology for handling events, and makes the final decisions on disputed publications and substantive corrections.
