In Belgorod region, the regional operational headquarters said five people were injured after an FPV drone struck an enterprise in the settlement of Oktyabrsky. One of the injured later died in hospital. On the evening of July 19, a drone attacked a motorcyclist on a section of the Malinovka–Otradnoye highway in Belgorod district, killing the driver. In the settlement of Dubovoye and in the city of Belgorod, a drone hit a Rosneft gas station, injuring three more people, according to the Telegram channel 'Ashes of Belgorod.'
In Bryansk region, acting governor Yegor Kovalchuk said a fire truck driver was killed in the settlement of Belaya Beryozka while responding to a fire. Kovalchuk reported 13 wounded in total: three civilians in Belaya Beryozka and several others in the Pogarsky and Starodubsky districts.
In Kursk region, governor Alexander Khinshtein said one person was killed and nine wounded over the past 24 hours. Khinshtein specified that the attack targeted a shop in the village of Malogneushevo in Rylsky district, where 'young people were relaxing' — a 20-year-old man was killed. In the village of Zaoleshenka in Sudzhansky district, a 39-year-old man was wounded, and in Rylsk, a 19-year-old woman. Kursk mayor Yevgeny Maslov added that in the city, 87 cars, a shop, and a private home were damaged, and windows were blown out in 70 apartments.
