Ukrainian drones struck a fuel and energy complex facility in the Novospassky District of Russia's Ulyanovsk region overnight, causing a fire, Governor Alexei Russkikh reported. The Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ claimed the target was a liquefied gas base belonging to NS-Oil in the settlement of Novospasskoye.
In the Voronezh region, drones hit civilian infrastructure, Governor Alexander Gusev said, reporting casualties and "serious consequences" without specifying further. Rocket danger alerts were issued twice overnight in the region, with drone attack warnings in Voronezh and several other districts. Witnesses reported explosions in the regional capital. Some Telegram channels said a Wildberries logistics center was struck again, but there was no official confirmation.
In the Tula region, five drones were shot down, and fragments of an unmanned aerial vehicle were found on a residential balcony, with no casualties, Governor Vladislav Shapsha said.
In annexed Crimea, one civilian was killed and four others wounded, including two children, according to Russia-appointed regional head Sergei Aksyonov. Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channels published videos and photos of the aftermath of strikes on Luhansk, Yalta, and Feodosia, where electrical substations may have been hit. Four drones were shot down over Sevastopol overnight, officials said.
