Russia's human rights ombudswoman Yana Lantratova said on June 27 that Russia has returned all residents of the Kursk region who were taken to Ukrainian territory, according to Meduza.
Commenting on the statement, Kursk region governor Alexander Khinshtein said that, according to data available to him, the fate of 320 people remains unknown, The Insider reports.
Khinshtein had previously said 300 residents of the region were missing.
