The club confirmed the disruption of the event on its social media accounts. According to SHOT and Baza, the stated pretext for the inspection was "LGBT propaganda."
Guests were dressed as cartoon and pop-culture characters, and sex toys were laid out on the tables, SHOT reported. Visitors were ordered to lie face down on the floor, then had their documents checked and were questioned.
After the inspection ended, Bizarre said no violations had been found and no claims had been brought against the club. The party had to be cut short. Visitors were promised compensation: three free visits to the venue before the end of the year.
Raids on Bizarre have happened before. In December 2024 and May 2025, security forces already searched the club for "suspects of LGBT propaganda" — at the time it was hosting an event titled "The Depraved 'MILFs of Ancient Greece.'"
