The Tushinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Vyacheslav Avdashev to 14 days of administrative arrest, RusNews reported, citing his lawyer Anton Aptekar.

Avdashev was found guilty under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (participation in an unsanctioned rally that obstructed traffic, pedestrians, and infrastructure). According to journalists, he was detained near his home the previous evening.

The charge stemmed from his presence outside the Supreme Court building on August 10, when the court was hearing a lawsuit filed by the Rodina party seeking to remove Yabloko from the State Duma election ballot. The case file included a screenshot of a video by SotaVision, which covered the events outside the court, and a Moscow government document on COVID-19 restrictions.

Hundreds of people gathered outside the court that day. After the ruling was announced, riot police threatened mass detentions but did not carry them out, Ekho reported.

Earlier, Darya Bunkova and Nabi Balabekov were detained for their presence outside the court on August 10. They were sentenced to 10 and 15 days of arrest, respectively. Balabekov told journalists about physical violence and threats, while Bunkova said she was subjected to psychological pressure.

The Supreme Court upheld Rodina's lawsuit to remove Yabloko from the ballot. During the appeal hearing on August 17, hundreds of party supporters again gathered outside the court. According to some reports, at least 85 people were detained then.
