Russia's Defense Ministry said it exchanged 103 prisoners of war with Ukraine, with the released Russian servicemen currently in Belarus, where they are being assisted by Russia's human rights ombudswoman Yana Lantratova.
Ukraine has not yet officially confirmed the exchange. The United Arab Emirates mediated the swap.
In late June, Russia and Ukraine conducted a previous prisoner exchange, each side handing over 160 soldiers and seven civilians.
