Ukraine's State Emergency Service (GSChS) reported that apartments on the 17th through 23rd floors of a 24-story building in Odesa were damaged in the attack. Windows were blown out in neighboring buildings, and parked cars, office buildings, and two educational institutions were also affected.

Two of the injured were hospitalized. The Suspilne broadcaster reported that parts of the city are without electricity, electric transport has been halted, and water supply is disrupted in the Peresyp district.

Russia's Defense Ministry said the strikes targeted a facility producing unmanned boats and fuel tanks in the port of Odesa. The Kyiv region also came under overnight attack: in the town of Vyshneve, structures were destroyed and two townhouses caught fire. Preliminary reports indicate no fatalities.
