Russian forces struck the city of Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with guided aerial bombs, killing three people and wounding 19, including a two-year-old girl, according to regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha and the regional prosecutor's office.
The attack damaged a food-processing enterprise, Radio Liberty reported.
