Russia's Defense Ministry claimed the strikes targeted military-industrial enterprises in Kyiv, a metallurgical plant in Kryvyi Rih and an oil refinery in Kremenchuk in the Poltava region. The ministry said the strike in the capital hit the Fire Point enterprise, which produces components for Ukrainian Flamingo cruise missiles, and the Kyiv-111 plant, which makes parts for drones.
