A Ukrainian drone strike on a Wildberries logistics center in the city of Kotovsk, Tambov region, killed seven night-shift employees and injured 24 others, regional governor Evgeny Pervyshov said. The fire at the warehouse has been contained but extinguishing efforts continue.
A separate fire broke out at a Wildberries warehouse in Elektrostal, Moscow region, where the company said firefighting was also ongoing. The company did not report any casualties there.
According to the Telegram channel Exilenova+, a fuel depot in Noginsk, Moscow region, is also burning. The outlet Astra reported the same. The Moscow region administration has not commented on these reports.
In Vladimir, a drone struck an apartment in a residential building, sparking a fire. No injuries have been reported so far, according to regional governor Alexander Avdeev. Residents were offered evacuation to a temporary shelter, but a full evacuation was deemed unnecessary.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said air defense forces repelled an attack on the capital, shooting down 33 drones. He later reported an attack on the Moscow region involving more than 370 drones. Leningrad region governor Alexander Drozdenko said six drones were shot down over his region.
In occupied Crimea, an air alert was declared in Sevastopol, Kerch, Feodosia, and near the Gvardeyskoye airbase, the Telegram channel "Crimean Wind" reported. Russia-appointed Sevastopol "governor" Mikhail Razvozhaev said the alert was lifted after two and a half hours.
