Governor of the Tyumen region Alexander Moor said that a fire broke out after several drones fell on the territory of one of the region's industrial enterprises. Emergency services are working at the scene. No casualties have been reported.

Telegram channels Supernova+ and Exilenova+ claim that the attack targeted the ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical complex in Tobolsk, part of the Sibur holding. The outlet Astra, after analyzing eyewitness video, concluded that the strike hit the central gas fractionation unit of Sibur Tobolsk. The straight-line distance from the Ukrainian border to Tobolsk exceeds 2,200 kilometers.

On Sibur's website, ZapSibNeftekhim is described as one of the world's largest petrochemical complexes and a leader in base polymer production in Russia. Authorities have not yet specified which plant was affected. The Ukrainian General Staff has also not commented on the strikes.

Earlier on the morning of August 10, Ukrainian drones struck an industrial zone in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan. According to the latest official data, 13 people were killed there.
