The attack occurred during the day on August 30, according to the outlet Pepel and the Telegram channels Exilenova+ and Supernova+. Missiles struck the Belgorod thermal power plant and two warehouses owned by Estate Logistik and leased by the online retailer Ozon.
Pepel reported that fires broke out at the targeted facilities. Acting Governor of the Belgorod Region Alexander Shuvaev said people were injured in the strike but did not specify how many.
