Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyov said a fire broke out at a Wildberries warehouse in the Koleidino industrial park in Podolsk following a nighttime drone attack. The facility, one of the company's largest logistics centers, spans more than 200,000 square meters. A second fire was reported in Domodedovo, where, according to the outlet Astra, warehouse No. 15 at the Severnoye Domodedovo sorting and logistics complex was burning; Vorobyov said medications were stored there.
Regional authorities reported one fatality: in the Ramenskoye district, a drone struck the grounds of a private home, killing an 83-year-old man. Six other people were injured, three of them in Podolsk. In Klimovsk, a truck driver sustained a hand wound; in the Lesnoi gardening cooperative, a man suffered shrapnel wounds; and in the settlement of Zheleznodorozhny, a woman was wounded in the shoulder. Damage was also recorded in Kashira, where a new police department building was hit, and in Voskresensk.
According to Vorobyov, air defense forces and electronic warfare systems shot down or suppressed 187 drones overnight in Domodedovo, Podolsk, Stupino, Odintsovo, Naro-Fominsk, Ramenskoye, Chekhov, Kolomna, Kashira and Yegoryevsk. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said about 600 drones were heading toward the Moscow region, with 201 destroyed in the region. Three people were injured near the Moscow Ring Road.
The Rostov region also came under attack. Governor Yuri Slyusar reported three dead and one more injured. Air defense destroyed more than 150 drones and missiles across three cities and nine districts.
Airports Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Zhukovsky imposed restrictions on flight arrivals and departures, lifting them about four hours later. Wildberries did not confirm the attack or the fire at its facility.
