Anna Shatunovskaya-Burno, the Yabloko candidate for the 204th Preobrazhensky single-mandate district, was detained as she left her home and taken to the Yakimanka police department for an unknown reason, the party's press service said.
Police also came to the home of Grigory Grishin, the Yabloko candidate for the 197th Leningradsky single-mandate district, and asked him to accompany them to the Akademichesky police department to draw up an administrative protocol, the press service said. The officers did not specify the article of the administrative code involved.
According to TV Rain, the protocol is preliminarily linked to the 'discreditation' of the Russian armed forces.
On September 1, police in Moscow also detained Artyom Snegovsky, the Yabloko candidate for the 198th Lyublinsky single-mandate district. He was issued a protocol under the same 'discreditation' article over a 2022 social media post and then released from the police station.
