The Supreme Court of Tatarstan removed Yabloko candidate Airat Gumerbaev from the race in a single-mandate district in Naberezhnye Chelny after the district election commission filed a lawsuit citing his ownership of foreign securities.
Gumerbaev had previously notified the territorial election commission about the securities and said he could not sell or transfer them due to sanctions and restrictions in the depositary infrastructure. The party said the court did not take this into account.
The Tula Regional Court annulled the registration of Anton Paramonov, head of the regional Yabloko branch, following a lawsuit by Svetlana Bobrovskaya, a deputy principal at School No. 41 who is running in the same district for the Party of Pensioners. Bobrovskaya claimed Paramonov held foreign securities he had failed to dispose of in time. The party said the securities were a zero depositary receipt left after a change in jurisdiction of Rusagro shares, and that the bank had refused to let the candidate sell it.
The Supreme Court of Bashkortostan removed Alexei Akimenko, running in the Neftekamsk district No. 6, after a lawsuit by Konstantin Shagimuratov, former head of the regional branch of A Just Russia. Shagimuratov accused Akimenko of spreading "extremist symbols": the public page "Podslyshano Agidel" he administered contained hyperlinks to Facebook and Instagram. Shagimuratov also mentioned a Telegram Premium subscription and VPN use, although these are not prohibited by law. Representatives of the territorial election commission and the prosecutor's office supported the plaintiff at the hearing; Judge Natalya Kozlova said Meta had called for the killing of citizens and servicemen in Russia.
Incumbent State Duma deputy and Rodina party leader Alexei Zhuravlev is also running in the same district.
