The reason for criminal prosecution was the repost of blogger Michael Naki's video "Lice. Frostbite. Death. How do Russian mobilised people live and die?". The publication was made on 3 February 2023 in "VKontakte". On 1 September, Abramovsky was twice fined 40,000 rubles each under this article. On 2 September, he was fined 30,000 rubles under the same article. The reason for all the fines was pickets calling on Putin to withdraw troops from Ukraine.
