According to the investigation, on 5 August 2021 at 19 hours 31 minutes, being on the territory of St. Petersburg, being aware that the NGO "ACF" was recognised by the court as an extremist organisation and was liquidated, with the help of an unidentified device, through the Internet sites indicating extremist activities of the NGO "ACF" transferred from his bank card to the account of the said organisation money in the amount of 1,000 rubles, thereby deliberately providing funds knowingly intended to support the activities of the extremist organisation NGO "ACF".
