Akhmetova is a resident of Izhevsk. In February 2025, it became known that she was detained as part of a case on funding of an "undesirable" organisation due to money transfers to the All-Ukrainian Spiritual Centre "Vozrozhdenie" and the Charitable Foundation "Vozrozhdenie" of Vladimir Muntean. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. On 30 April 2025, Akhmetova was sentenced to 240 hours of community service.
