Resident of Uglich. No later than March 2024, a case was brought against him for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces because of his posts with the phone number of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense for surrendering and a picture expressing gratitude to the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces. On 28 November 2024, a sentence was handed down; details are unknown. In October 2025, Alekseev was included in the list of extremists and terrorists with a mark that is placed next to the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
