According to the investigation, no later than 15:07 on 05.08.2021, Blinov, who is a supporter of the NGO ACF and shares its main ideas, and who is aware that the NGO ACF has been recognised as an extremist organisation and liquidated, had a criminal intent to provide money to support the activities of the extremist organisation - the NGO ACF. After that Blinov, being in his residence at the address: St. Petersburg, Krylenko street, 13, about 15 hours 07 minutes 05.08.2021, realising that the NGO ACF was recognised by the court as an extremist organisation and liquidated, in order to provide funds to support the activities of an extremist organisation, he followed a link knowingly intended to finance extremist activities, including to support the activities of an extremist organisation - the NGO ACF, where he transferred 100 roubles from his bank account to a merchant account to the address of the NGO ACF. Blinov also connected further systematic debiting of funds intended to finance extremist activity, including to ensure the activities of the extremist organisation - the NGO ACF. Further, realising that after the transfer of funds in the amount of 100 rubles on 05.08.2021 to the above-mentioned merchant account, the subscription to the systematic transfer of funds is automatically activated, he did not take measures to cancel the previously connected systematic debit of funds, as a result of which he continued to finance extremist activities, namely, he made transfers of funds: 05.09.2021 at 16:08, in the amount of 100 rubles; 05.10.2021 at 16:09, in the amount of 100 rubles; 05.11.2021 at 16:11, in the amount of 100 rubles; 05.12.2021 at 16:11, in the amount of 100 rubles; 05.01.2022 at 16:08, in the amount of 100 rubles; 05.02.2022 at 16:10, in the amount of 100 rubles, from his bank account. In this way, Blinov repeatedly transferred funds intended to finance extremist activities, including to support the activities of the extremist organisation, the NGO ACF, 100 roubles on each occasion, for a total of 700 roubles.
