Case summary

A resident of Smolensk, an interior designer. In June 2025, he was added to the Rosfinmonitoring's list of "extremists and terrorists". A few days later, the local Telegram channel "Kolonka redaktora" (Editor's Column) reported that Bobovnikov had been prosecuted because of Anti-Corruption Foundation donations. According to the channel, the designer had set up an autopayment in his online bank to help Navalny's headquarters and did not deactivate it after Anti-Corruption Foundation and its headquarters were recognised as extremist organisations. During the investigation, he was on his own recognisance not to abscond.

In July, the Interior Ministry announced that the case had been transferred to court. On the 14th of August, 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
