Case summary
A resident of Nalchik. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and in September 2024 it went to court. The reason was the publication of a certain audio recording in which, according to the prosecution, "the actions of the Russian military" in Ukraine "are characterised as violent, criminal, associated with murder and torture".
