According to the investigation, "on 16 July 2022, on his page on the social network "Odnoklassniki" he published an entry in the group "Emergency Novomoskovsk" with the news about bringing him to administrative responsibility for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. There he also made a comment to this entry, in which he wrote about his negative attitude to police officers and about the President of the Russian Federation as the initiator of the special military operation in Ukraine. On 9 August 2022, on his page on the social network Odnoklassniki, he published an entry about his negative attitude to the actions of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. On 26 September 2022, on the social network Odnoklassniki, he published a news entry on his page that a resident of the town of Ust-Ilimsk came to the local military enlistment office and shot the military officer. Under the record, he made a comment in which he positively assessed the actions of the person, in the same comment he expressed his negative assessment of the special military operation, mobilisation, and service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and the actions of the President of the Russian Federation in a rude manner. On 4 October 2022, on his page on the social network "Odnoklassniki", he published an entry in which he indicated that he was against the war in Ukraine, and in a rude manner gave an assessment of the actions of police officers and the personality of the President of the Russian Federation. On 10 October 2022, on his page on the social network "Odnoklassniki", he published an entry on his negative attitude towards police officers, called for the use of violence against police officers, and rudely assessed the actions of the President of the Russian Federation. On 9 January 2023, on his page on the social network "Odnoklassniki" he published an entry in which he rudely assessed the actions of the Russian Federation and persons involved in the special military operation in Ukraine". Additionally, when a search was conducted at Buyvol's residence on March 30, 2023, he offered armed resistance, threatened with a knife, doused himself and law enforcement officers with an incendiary mixture, and attempted to set it on fire. In connection with this, a case of violence against representatives of the authorities was also opened against him. In May 2022, he was fined 30 thousand rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). The reason was his posts on "Odnoklassniki".
