Case summary
A resident of Novomoskovsk. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. According to the investigators' version, when they came to search him, he put up armed resistance, in connection with which a case of violence against representatives of the authorities was also brought against him. Buivol was taken into custody. On 12 July 2023, he was sentenced in the criminal case to three and a half years in a general regime penal colony.
