Case summary
General Director of a firm in Crimea, which was engaged in wholesale trade in fruit and vegetables. According to his wife, in the autumn of 2022 he put entrepreneur Vladimir Zlob, who was looking for a driver with a lorry, in touch with Oleg Antipov, the head of a transport company. The cargo the lorry was carrying was loaded with explosives and exploded on the Crimean Bridge. Bylin was taken into custody on charges of involvement in the terrorist attack. On 27 November 2025, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
