There are two episodes in the case: a comment on VKontakte that Russia is "fighting the Ukrainian army, seizing territory, cutting people off from Ukraine's economy", and a comment on the same social network that, according to Cherepkov, "Krasnodar, Voronezh and other Russian cities are being shelled by the Russian military to create a negative attitude towards the Ukrainian army."

Full summary
A resident of Nizhny Tagil. Since the summer of 2023, he has been on a recognizance not to leave the country in the case of repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In March 2024, it became known that two more cases under the same article were brought against him, and they were merged. In April 2024, it became known about three more cases. On 9 July 2024, the court returned the first defamation case to the prosecutor's office.
