Case summary
A resident of Nizhny Tagil. Since the summer of 2023, he has been on a recognizance not to leave the country in the case of repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In March 2024, it became known that two more cases under the same article were brought against him, and they were merged. In April 2024, it became known about three more cases. On 9 July 2024, the court returned the first defamation case to the prosecutor's office.
