According to the investigation, "on 24 December 2022, being in Obninsk, being an opponent of the use of the Russian Armed Forces within the framework of the ongoing special military operation to protect the citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, having been brought to administrative responsibility for a similar act within one year, again committed public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect the interests of Russia and its citizens, and to support international peace and safety; discrediting the fulfillment of Russian government authorities' duties for the stated purposes outside the Russian territory. She committed similar acts on 11, 15 and 25 January 2023. She also twice committed participation in the activities of a public association in respect of which a court had issued a decision (that had entered into legal force) banning its activities in connection with extremist activities, with the exception of organisations that are recognised as terrorist in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Namely, between 29 June 2023 and 06 February 2024, being dissatisfied with the domestic and foreign policy pursued by the Russian Federation President, by visiting websites, forums and channels on the "Internet" network, she acquired a feeling of ideological unity with members of one of the banned extremist organisations. She began to disseminate its activities publicly for an unspecified audience on the "Internet" network. Having participated in its activity, she posted textual information with a hyperlink to this organisation's Telegram channel on her social network account, which was publicly available for an unspecified audience. She committed similar actions in the period from 06 August 2021 to 08 December 2023, having posted textual information and a video file with a link to a QR code pointing to a website that belonged to an organisation that had been liquidated and banned by a court decision due to its extremist activity". According to "ASTRA" Telegram channel, Chernikova is accused of publishing links to the Anti-Corruption Foundation Internet project "Russia without Putin 2024", "Navalny's Team" Telegram channel and the YouTube channel "Navalny LIVE", as well as links to the post of "Vesna Movement" Telegram channel with an appeal to Putin, created by the women organisation "Way Home". It is also reported that Chernikova's account contained a link to a cloud storage of "Vesna" leaflets with the inscriptions: "For anyone but Putin to bring the soldiers home", "Russia without Putin - return the mobilised home", "Russia without Putin - peace negotiations", "For anyone but Putin to stop releasing criminals", "Putin is sanctions against Russia", "Putin is violence" and others. On 18 November 2022, Obninsk City Court [fined](https://obninsky--klg.sudrf.ru/modules.php?name=sud_delo&srv_num=1&name_op=case&case_id=82143145&case_uid=8b06633a-ac91-401d-becf-001719fc95a9&delo_id=1500001) Lopanova under Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code for 30 thousand rubles. The reason was the publication of a video message to the Russian military.
