According to the investigation, between September 2021 and November 2023, a local resident illegally organised in the city of Tomsk the activities of non-governmental organisations whose activities are recognised as undesirable in Russia. In particular, a "Falun Gong" unit. He rented non-residential premises where he held meetings of supporters. In addition, the convicted person collected money from the participants of the meetings to prepare information materials to promote the activities of these organisations.
