According to the court, on 7 August 2021 Dmitriev transferred 300 roubles to Anti-Corruption Foundation (ACF) from his account in Tinkoff Bank. Then he subscribed a monthly payment and made four more transfers. In total, he donated 1,500 roubles to Anti-Corruption Foundation (ACF).

On 20 August 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 400 thousand roubles in the case. On 3 December 2025, the court of appeal instance, having approved the punishment in the form of a fine, returned the case to the court of first instance in terms of deciding the issue of confiscation of the amount that the prosecuted person had transferred to the foundation: the court agreed with the prosecution that the court of first instance should not have exempted Dmitriev from confiscation.
