In the autumn of 2022, Dziuba was fined 30 thousand rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). According to the sentence, Dziuba, continuing to hold unlawful views regarding the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, to maintain international peace and security, and wishing to publicly discredit them, posted in the social network "<the information was extracted>" in the group "<the information was extracted>" under the publication dated 22.07.2023, which was viewed by 11 thousand users, a comment with the following text: "<the information was extracted>.", a comment dated 23.07.07.2023 with the following text: "<the information was extracted>", in which, according to the expert's conclusion, there are statements in which the actions committed by representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are characterised as murder of people, carried out under a contract for payment in the form of a large amount of money, the negative assessment of the actions committed by representatives of the Russian Armed Forces is expressed using stylistically neutral vocabulary.

Full summary
A resident of Temryuk (Krasnodar Region). He was prosecuted for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces because of a comment left under a certain post on 23 July 2023. Its content is unknown, but the expert claimed that the comment characterised the actions of the Russian military in Ukraine as killing people on contract for money.
In February 2025, the case went to court. On 12 March 2025, Dzyuba was sentenced to 1 year of suspended sentence.
