Case summary
A resident of Temryuk (Krasnodar Region). He was prosecuted for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces because of a comment left under a certain post on 23 July 2023. Its content is unknown, but the expert claimed that the comment characterised the actions of the Russian military in Ukraine as killing people on contract for money.
In February 2025, the case went to court. On 12 March 2025, Dzyuba was sentenced to 1 year of suspended sentence.
