Case summary

Blogger and entrepreneur from Moscow, founder of a chain of multi-brand shops Nikita Efremov. In August 2025, upon his return to Moscow, he was detained at Sheremetyevo airport on the case of financing extremist activities. The reason for the prosecution was the FBK donations of 6,000 roubles, which he transferred from September 2021 to February 2022.

On 10 December 2025, Yefremov was sentenced to three years' imprisonment, suspended.
