Later, Mediazona wrote regarding the court's press service that, according to the investigation, the 28-year-old Kstovchan transferred 700 rubles to FBK from August 6, 2021, to February 6, 2022 (it was probably seven monthly transfers of one hundred rubles each).

A resident of the city of Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region. In March 2025, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported his detention in a case of financing extremist activities due to FBK donations sent from September 2021 to February 2022.
