Case summary

On 9 November Fedosov was detained because of his anti-war publications on VKontakte. The law enforcement officers met Fedosov at the entrance and immediately took away his phone. He was taken for questioning to the police station № 1. Fedosov spent the whole day there. In the evening, he tried to leave the department, but was grabbed and beaten. Fedosov was then taken home, where the equipment was seized in front of witnesses and inventoried. He was allowed to stay at home, but was told that if he did not come to the department the next day, he would "feel bad". On 10 November he came to the department, where he was not interrogated, but the officers told him to buy a SIM card and be in touch. Fedosov found out about the criminal case against him on 22 December during interrogation. On 8 June 2023, Fedosov was sentenced to a fine of 150 thousand rubles.
