Full wording of the charges
The reason for the prosecution was a comment written on 5 January 2023 in the "Bashkiria Online" VKontakte group. In March 2022, Gadzhiev was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) because of a post on VKontakte that read: "The lies of Putin's propaganda in Russia have been elevated to the truth, the truth is called a lie by Putin's fascist regime. Nothing will save Russia, the aggressor, from collapse anymore. Glory to Ukraine, courageously reflecting Russian aggression, defending civilisation on the whole planet. West, USA, wake up!!! Today, Ukraine is saving you too with blood of its sons and daughters!"
