According to the investigation, in August 2022, she created an anonymous account in Telegram and on August 28 left some "discrediting" comments about the army in one of the regional channels. Previously, she was fined 30,000 rubles under a similar administrative article (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) because of her comments in a regional public group. She wrote that Russian troops were conducting a "fratricidal war supporting fascism in Russia" and "invaded foreign land and bombed everything", and also spoke out "against the actions of the authorities and genocide of the fraternal people".
