Case summary

A deputy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory's Legislative Assembly from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR). In September 2023, he ran for the position of Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Krai. During the election, he reported vote buying by United Russia. On 2 November 2023, he was taken into custody on charges of taking a bribe on a particularly large scale.

On 2 October 2024, Gliskov was sentenced to ten years in a strict regime penal colony. On 10 December 2025, the court of cassation returned the case to the court of appeal.

On 25 February 2026, the court of appeal overturned the sentence and returned the case to the prosecutor's office. Gliskov was transferred from custody to house arrest.
