Case summary
Human rights defender, activist from Gatchina, former volunteer of Navalny's headquarters. He held rallies in support of Navalny in 2017. In the spring and autumn of 2018, Grachev, who participated in the activities of Navalny's headquarters, was repeatedly detained, arrested and fined. In 2019, he planned to run as a municipal candidate. On September 24th 2022, Grachev was detained in the case of a false report of bobm threat. The reason was the call of an unknown person about the mining of the Moscow district court of St. Petersburg. On 25th of September Grachev was released on a recognisance to appear. The case was part of a large series of cases initiated in 2022 against participants of anti-war actions.
