Case summary
A resident of Voronezh, formerly The Senior Operative Officer for Special Important Cases of the Regional Internal Affairs Department's Internal Security Unit. Founder of the Voronezh detective agency "Special Case". On 4 October 2024, he was detained as part of a case of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, during the detention Kharlamov was beaten, breaking a rib. After that, he was taken to an investigator, who asked him if he was okay with the criminal case being dropped due to the expiration of the statute of limitations - the reason for the case was a comment from 5 October 2022. Kharlamov was not against it, and he was released.
