Being a participant in an uncoordinated rally in support of Alexei Navalny on 23 January 2021, after the leaders of the rally were detained, she actually took charge of the protesters who had gathered in the area of Lenin Square in accordance with the announcement of the rally posted on the Internet portal earlier, and led them from Lenin Square to the Mound of Immortality; moving along the central street at the head of the procession, together with other protesters entered the carriageway at a traffic light signal prohibited for pedestrians, crossed the road diagonally several times, creating traffic jams, and in some parts of the road completely blocked the movement of vehicles and pedestrians in order to block road infrastructure, communications and impede traffic, as a result of which there was a real danger to the life and health of both the police officers accompanying the protesters and the protesters, pedestrians and motorists, as well as the threat of destruction and damage to their property.

Full summary
Detained on 23rd September 2021 as part of the case of blocking roads in connection with the action on 23rd January 2021 in Bryansk in support of Alexei Navalny. The next day Kabulina was released, the measure of restraint was unknown. The charge was reclassified to a more serious one - about rendering transport means or ways of communication inoperable, causing by negligence serious harm to human health or causing major damage. On 26th May 2022, Kabulina was sentenced to a year in a general regime colony and was taken into custody in the courtroom. In addition, the court ordered Kabulina to pay 1.23 million rubles on the claim of the Interior Ministry and about 19 thousand rubles on the claim of the Rosgvardia. On August 19, the court of appeal reclassified the charge back to disabling communication routes without severe consequences. The court replaced the imprisonment with a fine of 250 thousand rubles and, taking into account the time Kabulina spent in custody, reduced the amount to 100 thousand rubles. The paragraph on damages was excluded from the sentence.
