Full wording of the charges
The reason for the initiation of the case was a tiktok video that Kalalb published in the group chat "Kalalb-ur" on WhatsApp, which he himself administers. In the video, a woman says, "Girls, why are you sending your children to war? Go to the Ministry of Defence and ask to get them out of there." Shortly before the publication, an officer of the local police department joined the group chat, who had previously drawn up a report on Kalalb under the administrative article of discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of the messages in the group chat. In August 2022, Kalalb was fined 30,000 rubles under this protocol. The same officer informed Kalalb about the initiation of criminal proceedings.

Житель рабочего поселка Охотск (Хабаровский край), строитель. Его сын погиб на войне в Украине в марте 2022 года. Против него возбудили дело о дискредитации Вооруженных сил РФ из-за видео, в котором женщина призывает матерей, чтобы они требовали вернуть своих сыновей с войны. Незадолго до публикации видео в чате «Калалб-ур» в вотсаппе, который Калалб сам администрирует, туда добавился сотрудник местного отдела полиции, который ранее составил на Калалба протокол по административной статье о дискредитации армии (ст. 20.3.3 КоАП) из-за сообщений в чате. Суд избрал меру пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий. 19 декабря 2023 года суд вынес приговор, подробности неизвестны.
