Case summary
A resident of Vladikavkaz. In 2022, she was brought to administrative liability because of a video in Instagram - the court decided that the video "discredits servicemen and the leadership of the Russian Armed Forces" (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Offences Code) and imposed a fine of 30,000 roubles.
In March 2023, she was sentenced to a fine of 100,000 rubles and compulsory outpatient treatment by a psychiatrist because of her statements on VKontakte and Instagram in the first case of discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.
In May 2024, a second discreditation case became known - because of comments left in October 2022 under a news item in the group "Emergency/Vladikavkaz".
