Case summary
A resident of the village of Krasnogvardeets, diesel locomotive driver. His son took part in the war in the first months, then resigned. In January 2023, Kolokolnikov was interrogated in the case of discrediting the Armed Forces, and he gave recognizance not to leave.On 29 August 2023, he was sentenced to a fine of 130,000 rubles. On 2 May 2024, at the request of a bailiff, the sentence was replaced by five months of correctional labour, as Kolokolnikov was unable to pay the fine on time.
