Kolokolnikov was accused of reposting several videos on his Odnoklassniki page. In particular, he published videos by Ukrainian blogger and political analyst Taras Berezovets, who previously founded the Free Crimea project. One of the stories is dedicated to the undermining of the Crimean bridge. In May 2022, Kolokolnikov was fined 35,000 rubles under an administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because he shouted "Glory to Ukraine!", explained to passers-by that they say untruths on TV, used foul language against the president and the government, and called the Russian army occupants. In court, Kolokolnikov explained that he wanted both peace and opposed war, and thus expressed his personal opinion.

Full summary
A resident of the village of Krasnogvardeets, diesel locomotive driver. His son took part in the war in the first months, then resigned. In January 2023, Kolokolnikov was interrogated in the case of discrediting the Armed Forces, and he gave recognizance not to leave.On 29 August 2023, he was sentenced to a fine of 130,000 rubles. On 2 May 2024, at the request of a bailiff, the sentence was replaced by five months of correctional labour, as Kolokolnikov was unable to pay the fine on time.
