Full wording of the charges
In May 2022, Korchagin was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a comment with the words "Yes Z means fascism", published in the Telegram channel "Just Chatting Volsk". The reason for the initiation of criminal case was a conflict with the driver of the car on which the letter Z was pasted. Korchagin, having seen the car, took a bat and demanded that the owner of the car removes the sticker. Telegram channel Baza specifies that, according to Korchagin himself, he was drunk and therefore spoke rudely to the woman.
