According to the court, on the afternoon of 16.05.2025, in the public garden on Armaturnaya Street in Aleksin, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, the man expressed a negative assessment of the state power in the Russian Federation and its bodies in connection with the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, expressed support for an unfriendly country and the destruction of the Russian nation. On the same day, being in the building of the State Institution of Health Care "ARB №1 named after Professor V.F. Snegirev", he repeated the above-mentioned public actions. In April 2025 Korolev was fined 40,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because he, "being in the premises of the KAZ of the MOMVD of Russia "Aleksinsky", located at the address: Tula region, Aleksin, Pahomova str. 11, carried out public actions, namely expressed the false information regarding the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, called for the violence against Russian citizens and the destruction of the Russian nation, expressed support for an unfriendly country, aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, to maintain international peace and security, and by his actions undermined confidence in the implementation of the resolution of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, approved by the resolution of 22.02.2010 of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
