In 2023, the suspect was reportedly included in the register of foreign agents in accordance with the provisions of the law "On control over the activities of persons under foreign influence", of which he is aware. Throughout 2024, by court decisions that entered into legal force, he was twice brought to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative offence under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the CAO RF, but after that, he continued to disseminate materials in the popular messenger without a corresponding indication of their placement by a foreign agent.
