According to the investigation, on August 18, 2024, he posted on his VKontakte page a video containing the following text: "I am against sending conscript soldiers to participate in battles in <address>! Because right now there are hundreds of thousands of Russian contract soldiers on the territory of Ukraine. Or, as NAME12 calls them, "professionals". And not only on the territory of the four supposedly annexed NAME11 regions, but also in the rest of Ukraine. This directly follows from NAME13’s decree on the payment of 400,000 rubles to those signing a contract with the Ministry of Defence. So, friends, we cannot defend our own territory, but we send ‘professionals’ to seize the territory of another country. Is that normal or what?! Therefore, to defend the Kursk region, we should bring real professionals or contract soldiers from the territory of Ukraine, not throw untrained conscripts under tanks. But at the same time, we must remember that the fundamental solution lies elsewhere, it is in immediate peace negotiations and a ceasefire on both sides.” In June 2024, Krivosheev was prosecuted under an administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences), the details are unknown.
