Full wording of the charges
On June 20, 2022, Kudryashov's full namesake was fined 30,000 rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) in Nyagan (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) because of several anti-war comments under posts in the Nyagan [TN] public page. "Come to your senses, people!!! You are being forced to kill each other by those who have been planning this war for over nine years!!!! Then they shot at both sides to make a conflict! And then they brainwashed you for 8 years!!!" - he wrote in one of them. The charges were also based on the post on his VKontakte page saying "Before you help someone, ask him if he needs it..."
