According to the indictment, the defendant, using a mobile phone, logged onto YouTube, where, on the Alexei Navalny* channel, he watched the published video clip on which persons, knowing with certainty that the non-profit organisation Anti-Corruption Foundation* has been recognised as an extremist organisation, announced the continuation of their activities, organised fundraising and financial services, calling for support for Team Navalny* and financing their activities. After watching the video and following the link indicated in the description of the said video, Kuzhelev set up an automatic monthly payment plan and subsequently systematically provided funds to support the activities of an organisation recognised as extremist in the Russian Federation.
