As follows from the text of the indictment, on 05.08.2021 at a time before 19:30 A.A. Kuznetsov, being in Moscow, including in an unidentified place on Usievicha Street, acting intentionally, knowing that the NGO "FBK" was recognised by the court as an extremist organisation and liquidated, with the aim of providing funds to support the activities of the said extremist organisation, using the details of his bank card No. linked to his bank account No. opened on 01.06.2019 in JSC "TBank" (formerly "Tinkoff Bank"), located at the address: <address>, by means of a mobile phone registered on the website "<data withdrawn>", knowingly intended to finance extremist activities, and made monthly donations to NO "FBK" in the amount of 300 rubles. As a result, in the period from 05.08.2021 to 05.02.2022 from the above bank account Kuznetsov A.A. to the merchant account NO <data withdrawn>), serviced in the bank-acquirer "<data withdrawn>) and the bank-acquirer "<data withdrawn>" (another name <data withdrawn>), transferred funds in the total amount of 2100 rubles, knowingly intended to support the activities of the extremist organisation NO "FBK", namely: 05.08.2021 at 19 hours 30 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles; 05.09.2021 at 20 hours 31 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles; 05.10.2021 at 20 hours 31 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles; 05.11.2021 at 20 hours 31 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles; 05.12.2021 at 20 hours 31 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles; 05.01.2022 at 20 hours 32 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles; 05.02.2022 at 20 hours 32 minutes in the amount of 300 rubles.
